How our rental process works

~Once you add items to your cart you will have the option to~

**Pay In Full- you will pay in full at time of checkout for a 10% discount on your entire order~Enter Promo Coupon Code: EARLY10 on first page of checkout under Redeem your coupon~

**Use Payment Plan- 25% or your total order will be due today and then you will follow the following payment schedule:

90 days out: 50% of balance due

30 days out: remaining balance due

** Purchase our "Save Your Date" option-

~Not ready to order, but don't want to loose your date~

You can buy our "save the date" item

which is $100 and it will secure your date for 30 days. You will then have 30 days to choose your rental items and the $100 will be applied to your total rental cost.

-We require a minimum order of $200. However, if you apply a valid discount code, the minimum order requirement is reduced to $150.-*Minimum Does not apply to Pick-up Orders*

-If you use Pay In Full option you can pay from website but the other two options you will submit your order with no payment and we will reach out for payment

-All orders (including "Save the Date") require a signed contract. We will send a fillable contract by email as soon as you place your order or you can fill it from our website and email to us. Your date is not reserved until both payment and contract is received. At which time you will receive a email confirmation.

Hi, I’m Pam Watson, the heart behind Charmed Settings & Co. My journey in the wedding industry began as the venue manager of Appalachian View, a beautiful wedding venue that has seen countless love stories come to life. Through my journey, I’ve witnessed firsthand the dreams, excitement, and challenges couples face as they plan their special day. One thing that has always weighed on my heart is seeing couples struggle to afford the weddings they’ve envisioned because of the high cost of rentals. That’s why I started Charmed Settings & Co.—a wedding rental business born from my passion for helping couples celebrate love in the most beautiful way possible, without breaking the bank. I believe that every bride and groom deserve to feel special and have the wedding of their dreams, surrounded by the elegance they desire. At Charmed Settings & Co., I treat every couple like family, working with them to ensure their wedding is everything they’ve ever wished for. My heart is in weddings, but more importantly, my heart is in you, the couple. I am here to make your day as magical, memorable, and stress-free as possible, because I know how much these moments mean. Delivery & Pickup Options

- Orders totaling greater than $500 Delivery and Pickup are free within 45 miles - Orders totaling less than $500 Delivery and Pickup is $150 within 45 miles of Newland, NC -Deliveries beyond 45 miles will be charged a $250 delivery fee - Pickup at No Charge
