How our rental process works

~Once you add items to your cart you will have the option to~

**Pay In Full- you will pay in full at time of checkout for a 10% discount on your entire order~Enter Promo Coupon Code: EARLY10 on first page of checkout under Redeem your coupon~

**Use Payment Plan- 25% or your total order will be due today and then you will use the following payment schedule:

90 days out: 50% of balance due

30 days out: remaining balance due

** Purchase our "Save Your Date" option-

~Not ready to order, but don't want to loose your date~

You can buy our "save the date" item

& it will secure your date for 30 days. You will then choose your rental items and the $100 will be applied to your total rental cost.

-We require a minimum order of $200. However, if you apply a valid discount code, the minimum order requirement is reduced to $150.-*Minimum Does not apply to Pick-up Orders*

-If you use Pay In Full option you can pay from website but the other two options you will submit your order with no payment and we will reach out for payment

-All orders (including "Save the Date") require a signed contract. We will send a fillable contract by email as soon as you place your order or you can fill it from our website and email to us. Your date is not reserved until both payment and contract is received. At which time you will receive a email confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

^^Our team would be happy to set up your rentals for an additonal charge of $1.50 per guest.

^^We do not provide candles and we require dripless candles to be used in our candlesticks/lanterns. However we do rent flamelss candles for an additional charge

Pam is the heart behind Charmed Settings & Co. With years of experience in the wedding industry, Pam has walked alongside countless couples during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives. Her passion comes from a deep desire to help couples create beautiful, elegant weddings without the overwhelming cost of traditional rentals.

Pam believes every couple deserves to feel celebrated and supported. She treats each wedding like it’s her own, listening closely to every detail, vision, and dream. For Pam, this business is about far more than rentals—it’s about love, family, faith, and creating unforgettable moments.

Chance Watson – Co-Owner & Partner

Chance brings fresh energy, dedication, and a strong work ethic to Charmed Settings & Co. As Pam’s son and business partner, Chance plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day operations, setup, and execution of rentals, ensuring each event is handled with care and precision.

A graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Management and Advanced Entrepreneurship, Chance brings both education and innovation to the business. He shares the same heart for service and commitment to excellence that Charmed Settings was built on, blending strategic thinking with a genuine desire to serve couples well.

Together, Pam and Chance work side by side to ensure every couple feels valued, supported, and confident knowing their special day is in good hands.
